چکیده
Abstract Serous endometrial carcinoma is characterized by its highly aggressive nature and represents about 10% of all carcinomas. It causes 80% deaths among women suffering from cancer. The aim our study was to determine the frequency, lymphatic local spread serous cancer compared with adenocarcinoma. Materials methods: This a retrospective conducted in period 4 years (from 2015 2019). One hundred twenty-three aged between 39 84 various stages according FIGO stage I IV were included study. Diagnosis established clinically imaging studies histologically proven women. We performed radical hysterectomy type B or C (2017 Update on Querleu-Morrow Classification Radical Hysterectomy) pelvic lymph node dissection (PN) without paraaortic (PAR) patients. Results : In 106 (86.2%) patients we found adenocarcinoma, 9 (7.3%) them – carcinoma, (3.3%) carcinosarcoma, clear cell carcinoma. results only 115 (100%) adenocarcinoma 17.8% presence metastases, group metastases 77.7% them. There significant difference frequency histological EC (p < 0.00001). 22.6% there spread, while such 66.7% After statistical processing results, tissue depending EC. Conclusion: Patients have more frequent than those

ZEB1 Expression in Endometrial Biopsy Predicts Lymph Node Metastases in Patient with Endometrial Cancer
PURPOSE The purpose of this study was to analyze the expression of zinc-finger E-box-binding homeobox 1 (ZEB1) in endometrial biopsy and its correlation with preoperative characteristics, including lymph node metastases in patient with endometrial cancer. METHODS Using quantitative RT-PCR, ZEB1 expressions in endometrial biopsy from 452 patients were measured. The relationship between ZEB1 ex...

متن کاملLymph Node Assessment in Endometrial Cancer: Towards Personalized Medicine
Endometrial cancer (EC) is the most common malignancy of the female reproductive tract and is increasing in incidence. Lymphovascular invasion and lymph node (LN) status are strong predictive factors of recurrence. Therefore, the determination of the nodal status of patients is mandatory to optimally tailor adjuvant therapies and reduce local and distant recurrences. Imaging modalities do not y...

INTRODUCTION It has been suggested that a complete staging may be safely omitted in endometrial carcinoma patients at low risk for lymph node metastasis. The purposes of our study were to explore the prognostic significance of pathologic factors for pelvic and paraaortic nodal spread and to validate the Mayo algorithm in order to identify patients in whom lymphadenectomy may be avoided. MATER...
